Our family felt as if he died twice....first in the Japanese Prison camp in Burma and the second when the airplane carrying his remains to India for transport to WA. went down as it was flying from Burma.Our parents and other family member, as well as those who lose a loved one today, never fully recovered from the shock. So we feel empathy for those still on the 'missing' lists.
